As a Harvest Cellar Intern, you will have the chance to be involved in all aspects of crush activities and learn from a highly motivated production team. Your responsibilities will include performing pumpovers, rack and return procedures, operating press and crush equipment, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
- Performing pumpovers, rack and return procedures
- Operating press and crush equipment
- Setting up crusher/stemmer and performing clean-up procedures
- Assisting with white press clean-up and channel flushing
- Loading and pressing grapes
