GUEST SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE
The Guest Service Representative position is located at Good Life RV Resort in Mesa, Arizona and will be in direct relations to all residents, guests and employees. This position is responsible for managing all relations and providing excellent customer service to resolve all issues by offering solutions, explanations, or options.
Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00

Responsibilities:
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Greets customers/guests politely and with energy.
- Provides information regarding policies and procedures, terms and programs relating to our resort.
- Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to our resort.
- Performs research, offers solutions, options, and strategies.
- Refers to the appropriate person or department as needed, and/or arranges for service.
- Maintains close contact with customers to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
- Uses information systems to input data, maintain databases, perform research for projects or issues, generates reports, etc.
- Processes reservations, cancellations, changes, fees, utilities and takes payments.
- Updates and maintains all necessary files, records and/or logs.
- Utilizes the reservation system (Campspot) to make reservations, take payments, make changes, update files, resolve billing issues, invoice guests.
- Enters and manages all billing for reservations.
- Manages A/P, vendors, insurance, office supplies and contracts.
- Communicates via in person, telephone and email to residents and guests and as needed.
Job Qualifications
- Must be computer literate - majority of position requires Microsoft Suite knowledge, Campspot (or similar program for Campground booking), Concur and Yardi experience preferred
- Minimum Education: High School or equivalent Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education
- Minimum Experience: 1 Year Combined education/experience as a substitute for min. experience
- Minimum Field-of-Expertise: Customer service
- Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
- Preferred Experience: 2 Years
- Preferred Field-of-Expertise: Customer service/Office
