Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our residential sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers, qualifying leads, and closing sales for our TV, Phone, and Internet services. You will be working with warm leads—potential customers who have already shown interest in our services—so your focus is on guiding them through the decision-making process and closing the sale.
We provide comprehensive training, so whether you are new to sales or an experienced salesperson, you’ll develop high-level communication, persuasion, and sales techniques that will set you up for success.

• Sales & Communication: Learn how to confidently engage with customers, build rapport, and ask the right questions to uncover their needs.
• Closing Techniques: Master the art of first-call closes and persuasive selling strategies.
• CRM & Lead Management: Effectively manage and track leads using our HubSpot CRM to stay organized and increase conversions. HubSpot experience is a plus, but we will train you if you’re unfamiliar with it.
• Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our high-speed internet, phone, and TV services, so you can clearly communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
• Objection Handling: Learn how to overcome common customer hesitations and guide them toward a confident purchase decision.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings, so you can position Cal.net as the best choice for their needs.

Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Self-motivated, coach-able, and goal-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and close deals—this is the most important quality we look for.
• Strong communication & persuasion skills – ability to confidently engage and influence potential customers.
• HubSpot CRM experience is helpful but not required—we will train you.
• Basic technical understanding of internet services and home telecommunications is beneficial.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $8.00 per hour plus commission.
• Commission: Earn $20 to $35 per closed sale, with an average commission of $27.50 per sale.
• Earning Potential: Employees meeting sales expectations typically earn $21.75 per hour on average, with top performers earning even more.
