Lead the development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.
Design and configure ServiceNow ITOM solutions to meet business requirements and IT operations needs.
Customize and enhance ServiceNow ITOM applications and modules based on organizational requirements.
Implement best practices for system integration, data imports, and automation workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the ServiceNow platform related to ITOM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other ITIL processes, such as Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
Lead the efforts for event correlation, alerting, and incident management related to ITOM data and services.
Develop and manage ServiceNow dashboards and reports to provide operational insights.
