We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy B2B BDR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing key sales enablement tools, managing account and territory assignments, and providing reporting support to enhance the performance of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Outreach, LeanData, 6Sense, Salesforce, and Excel.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy B2B BDR Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for administering and optimizing key sales enablement tools, managing account and territory assignments, and providing reporting support to enhance the performance of our Business Development Representatives (BDRs). The ideal candidate will have expertise in Outreach, LeanData, 6Sense, Salesforce, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and administer our sales automation platform, lead routing, and prospecting tools
- Manage account and territory assignments to ensure BDRs have clear, actionable territories
- Collaborate with sales leadership to maintain accurate and up-to-date territory definitions and assignments
- Leverage Salesforce to track, manage, and report on BDR performance, pipeline generation, and lead progression
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Excel to provide insights into BDR performance and key metrics
- Provide reporting support, including ad hoc analysis and regular performance summaries
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Outreach, LeanData, 6Sense, and Salesforce systems
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance BDR productivity and efficiency
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps teams to align BDR efforts with broader company goals
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a sales operations or BDR operations role
- Proficiency in Outreach, LeanData, and 6Sense administration
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including reporting and dashboard creation
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization
- Experience with Drift or Qualified is a plus
