Position:Manufacturing Engineer (3D Design)
JOB REF#:
Duration:12 Months (On-going Contract)
Location:ONSITE - Georgetown, KY 40324
Pay Rate:$39.00 per hour (W2 Only)

**Must be LOCAL or willing to relocate at your own expense**

HOURS: MON-FRI 8am - 5pm

Engineer will be responsible for getting the new equipment, modifying the existing equipment, installation and validation of these equipment, etc.

Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for procurement and designing specifications of machines, robots and other similar equipment used for Body PE
Managing and working with machine vendors to confirm correct quality and specifications of machines.
Responsible for Process Planning / Quality Specifications / Machine Specifications / Machine/Equipment Procurement / Installation/Trial Mgmt / Quality Analysis, Adjustment and Improvement / Project Mgmt / Schedule Control /
Budget Control/Cost Reduction / Manufacturing Support/Process Tracking

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
2 years of experience in Manufacturing or Automotive industry.
Experience using 3D Design tools, such as Catia, AutoCAD, or C3
Proficient Computer Skills: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Manufacturing/processing experience.
Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Other Requirements:
Must be willing to Travel 30% Domestically and Internationally (Mexico, Japan and Canada)
Must have a valid US passport with no travel restrictions
Must be willing to work extensive over-time (30%), including weekdays/weekends/holidays
Able to work onsite Mon- Friday, when your not traveling

DESIRED SKILLS:
New Model Introduction experience.
Up to 5 years Automotive/Manufacturing Engineering Experience.
