### **Role Summary:**
As a strategic leader in a maturing Agile organization, you will manage complex software development projects, ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role combines Agile coaching, Scrum Master responsibilities, and project management to align cross-functional teams with business objectives. You will drive innovation in campus commerce solutions while contributing to a dynamic, Agile-driven team.
### **Responsibilities:**
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Reviews, Retrospectives) for multiple product teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles.
- Coach teams in breaking down requirements into user stories/tasks, resolving impediments, and fostering collaboration between Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders.
- Promote transparency, trust, and continuous improvement through retrospectives, KPI analysis, and process enhancements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Analysts, and Development Managers to define roadmaps, scope, and objectives.
- Manage project sizing, estimation, and billing processes to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Negotiate and resolve conflicts between teams, stakeholders, and external partners using advanced conflict management skills.
- Partner with development leads to plan capacity, allocate resources, and shield teams from external disruptions.
- Use JIRA, Azure DevOps, and SAFe frameworks to track progress, release budgets, and deliverables.
- Advocate for Agile adoption across the organization, bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
### **Ideal Candidates Will Have:**
- Proven experience leading complex product development projects involving multiple modules.
- Ability to influence and mentor teams in Agile practices and SAFe adoption.
- Strong track record in conflict resolution and stakeholder collaboration.
### **Required Skills/Experience:**
- 5 years as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in software development with experience in Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
- Certifications: CSM, SAFe, and PMI-ACP (or equivalent Agile certifications).
- Proficiency in JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Google Suite (Docs/Sheets/Slides).
- Advanced project management and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Technical understanding of software development (e.g., microservices, web technologies).
### **Other Skills:**
- PMP certification preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like VSCode, Docker, Python, SQL, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in the Higher Education or fintech industries.
