Position:SOX Analyst (Internal Controls)

Duration:6 Months (Contract)
Location:HYBRID - Plano, TX 75024
PAY Rate:$51.50 per hour (W2 Only)
HYBRID: Must able to work ONSITE 3 days a week (T, W, Thu) (LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY)
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Preparing end to end SOX level process flows for assigned business processes.
Identifying key controls, risks, and dependencies in business workflows to ensure they align with SOX compliance and internal control requirements.
Creating comprehensive process flows that document business processes at a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance level from start to finish.
REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
** Must have experience with Business SOX PMO/Internal Controls, developing process flows, we are NOT looking for IT Auditors
3 years of SOX experience (auditor or on a SOX team) to include preparing SOX documentation and process workflows
Experience with internal or external audits
Project Management
Self-starter and can hit the ground running
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education: Bachelor s in Accounting or related Four-Year degree (BS or BA)
