Position Overview :
The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are translated properly and understood by all internal departments that may handle any issues pertaining to the client’s work. Will also assist with data processing, handle complaints, and ensure that customers get the best possible experience. In this role, the Account Manager acts as the link between the company and the clients or customers and are responsible for assessing a client’s needs and finding ways to meet them to maintain good relationships.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Communicating with clients to ensure that all their needs are understood and addressed
- Building Strong relationships to maintain old business and acquire new accounts
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure that they fulfill all customers’ requests timely and accurately
- Resolving complaints and keeping track of all process that pertain to the client’s requests
- Always focusing on customer experience
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning customer behavior to understand changing needs
- Regularly meet with the Director of Sales to review account activities
