Key Job Responsibilities (Duties may include, but are not limited to all or some of the following)
- Coordinate logistics for speaker programs, including live events, virtual sessions, and office-based lectures
- Research, select, and confirm venues, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and client requirements
- Communicate with HCP speakers to schedule events, manage travel, and arrange accommodations
- Schedule and manage virtual program platforms, including webinar tools and conference lines
- Ensure program invitations are accurate and distributed according to business rules
- Track attendance, manage budgets, and reconcile expenses for assigned events
- Resolve discrepancies and provide support for any program-related issues
- Bachelor's degree required
- 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceuticals or event planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Willingness to go beyond what is described in the job description and be flexible for the team, and ultimately, the work
