Loan Servicing Representative II

Hybrid – Des Moines, IA

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM

18-month Contract (W2), Weekly Pay (40 hours/week)

Pay Rate: $21.50/hr.

Desired Start Date: 7/31/2024

Calculated Hire is in search of a Loan Servicing Representative II for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components:

Job Description:

Support Loan Servicing: seek ways to improve individual work processes within established procedures.
Perform routine transactional support tasks.
Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues.
Interact with client personnel on basic information.

Required Qualifications:

2 years of Loan Servicing support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
