Position Details:
- Position: Loan Servicing Representative 2.
- Industry: Banking/Financial Services.
- Job duration: 24 months.
- Location: West Des Moines, IA 50309 (Onsite).
- Working Schedule: Monday - Friday (6 AM - 2:30 PM Central Time).
- Pay Range: $20/hour to $22/hour.
Project Scope/Mission:
- To assist with the research, review, and fee reconciliation of loans.
- Will be on the review team that looks through the physical loan documents received by mail that have been requested and act as the last line of review before the loan is closed out.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review of the Closing Disclosure after the loan closes through their internal systems and the physical mail they receive.
- Reconcile fees and non-numeric information for loans and closing disclosures.
- Perform research through loan documents and online databases.
- Communicating with internal partners and other client personnel via phone and email for customer account information and transactional help for loan closures.
- Working closely with other agents and Loan servicers to gather information and documentation on loans via phone calls.
- Update or record notes in the system and escalate any non-routine questions to the respected party.
Required Skills:
- Previously in a Loan Representative, Loan Processor, or Loan Documentation Role.
Salary : $20 - $22
