Calculated Hire is in search of a Project Manager - Commercial Real Estate (CRE) for our Fortune 100 Financial Services company. You will be responsible for the following components :
Job Description :
- Project Planning & Execution :
- Assist with projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Capital Markets & Financing :
- Lead the capital markets analysis and financing strategies for new projects, including working with lenders, investors, and equity partners.
- Prepare financial models and conduct thorough market analysis to assess project viability and risk.
- Assist in structuring financing solutions for new acquisitions, developments, and refinancing of existing properties.
- Risk Management & Controls :
- Identify, assess, and manage risks related to project execution, financing, market conditions, and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with risk management frameworks, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of risk controls and recommend adjustments as necessary.
- Stakeholder Management :
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, including brokers, legal professionals, investment committees, and other stakeholders, to facilitate smooth project delivery.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, investors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
