Sales Representative


Atlanta, GA - Hybrid schedule (Local travel required ~30%)

Full-Time Contract (Base hourly rate with commission eligibility)

Monday-Friday - First Shift (Occasional after hours and weekend work as needed)


Our client is a leading gas company committed to providing top-tier service and innovative solutions to their clients. They are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. This role is specifically focused on building and nurturing relationships with real estate agents in the Atlanta area to promote their gas services, increase referrals, and drive business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and present our gas program to real estate agents through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and participation in industry exhibitions, shows, and networking events.
  • Assist in developing retail strategies and provide lead generation support to real estate agents, helping them drive new business.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with real estate agents by hosting lunches, dinners, and other networking events to encourage engagement and loyalty.
  • Clearly communicate our referral incentive program to real estate agents. Agents who send referrals can earn monthly commissions based on their performance.
  • Provide administrative support to real estate agents, assisting with scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring they have the necessary materials to promote our services.
  • Travel within the City of Atlanta to meet with real estate agents, attend meetings, and participate in local events (30% travel requirement).
  • Attend and participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and continuing education to stay up to date on company offerings and industry trends.
  • Occasionally work evenings and weekends for events, client dinners, and trade shows to build relationships and drive business.


Qualifications:

  • A strong background in sales, with proven experience in the field and an ability to close deals and build lasting relationships.
  • Experience working in commission-based roles, with a self-driven approach to earning and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and the ability to communicate effectively with real estate agents is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information in a compelling and professional manner.
  • Willingness to travel locally within the City of Atlanta for meetings, client visits, and events.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field, with a drive to exceed sales goals and generate new business.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed for special events or meetings.
