Job Summary
Calculated Solutions Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our growing clients electrical projects with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and extensive knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management. As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee the daily operation of the construction site, ensuring that all work is completed on time and in compliance with safety regulations.
This position will require you to travel to the field projects sites and working onsite for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of electrical crews on-site to ensure adherence to project schedules and specifications.
- Manage project scheduling and oversee contract execution to meet deadlines.
- Implement construction management software for tracking project progress and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to facilitate effective communication and workflow on the construction site.
- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Maintain documentation related to project progress, including daily reports and safety records.
- Ability to travel to a job site and stay onsite from start to finish
Experience
- Proven experience in supervising electrical projects within the commercial construction industry.
- Proven work work experience as a commercial electrician
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and best practices in construction management.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, contractors, and clients effectively.
