Line Foreman
An M&M line foreman must have adequate experience in the powerline construction industry and meet all requirements set by M&M. An M&M foreman must be confident and capable in his position and keep himself and his co-workers in a safe working environment. M&M foremen are in charge of distribution and/or transmission crews. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing crews, safety and procedures, paperwork and job planning. A line foreman is expected to conduct himself in a professional manner at all times, as well as treat co-workers, customers, and their customers with respect and professionalism. Applicants for line foremen must also meet the following minimum requirements:
- 21 years of age
- Must possess CDL license or the ability to obtain one
- Leadership qualities
- Willing to train, share knowledge and experience with crews
- Self motivated
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Must be able and willing to perform physical demanding labor
- Must be willing to travel
