The Kevin Calder Allstate Agency is seeking Licensed, Experienced Remote P&C Insurance Sales Producers who are ready to build strong relationships with our clients and help them protect their homes, autos, lives and retirement income with the proper coverage that fits and protects each clients’ lifestyle. If you are someone who 'never meets a stranger', has excellent client relationship skills, and prior Captive P&C Agency experience, we want to talk to YOU!
If you meet our Required Qualifications: (please read carefully to be sure you meet our requirements)
1. Minimum 2 years’ Prior Standard Agency P&C Insurance Sales Experience
2. Minimum 1 year prior remote work experience
3. Proven track record of selling minimum 50 items / month average for the last 1 year (must provide reports or reference info for proof)

Total Comp Package = $60,000 - $125,000 (includes base commissions bonus)
*Prior Allstate or similar captive agency insurance industry experience , and a valid P&C Insurance License is required*

In-house marketing team to provide leads
Responsibilities
- Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
- Feel comfortable and confident in making 100 calls per day to prospective clients
- Develop referral partnerships with other business professionals.
- Evaluate client needs and make professional recommendations.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of having proper coverage
Requirements
- MUST have a valid Property & Casualty Insurance License *REQUIRED*
- MUST have a minimum 2 years of Allstate or similar Captive Agency Experience *REQUIRED*
- Must be able to provide proof of sales records - 50 items / month in an outbound capacity - reports or references required
- MUST have knowledge of a commissioned sales role and have the competitive desire to earn commissions by selling insurance policies
- MUST have experience working remotely and have a quiet, private, dedicated workstation set up for an office
- Have a proven track record of dependability & reliability – showing up to work as scheduled, on time.
- Have an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Great self-starter with a sense of urgency
- Ability to create relationships from a cold start and able to handle customer rejection.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and coachable.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up.
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills
- Previous Allstate Insurance Experience highly preferred
