Position Summary
The Pizza Cook will work with kitchen leadership to determine the production goals for the day and ensure quality products are being produced. Must have a passion for cooking and work well as part of a team.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities
- Produce excellent quality and presentation of all menu items
- Know and comply with all presentation, cooking methods, portion sizes, quality standards, and cleanliness standards and procedures
- Keep the line and all other ares of the kitchen clean and assist in daily cleanings
- Stock sufficient levels of food products and tools to the work stations to ensure a smooth shift
- Set up and break down stations, ensuring proper food labeling and storage
- Note any low or out of stock items and report them to the Sous or Executive Chef
