We're launching something exciting at Moose Creek Ranch—a small, artisan food operation focused on wood-fired pizzas, seasonal salads, and house-made ice cream—and we’re looking for a passionate Pizza Chef to help bring it to life!

About the Role: As our Pizza Chef, you’ll be at the heart of this new culinary offering. You’ll help build the foundation of our fresh, flavor-driven menu while ensuring every guest experiences the same warm hospitality Moose Creek Ranch is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Craft artisan pizzas using fresh, seasonal ingredients
• Assist with developing and evolving the menu, including salads and desserts
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
• Help implement and streamline kitchen operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment
• Provide warm, friendly service that complements the ranch’s laid-back, welcoming vibe
  
  

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Has experience making great pizza (bonus points for wood-fired or Neapolitan-style)
• Is excited about working with fresh ingredients and seasonal menus
• Is hands-on, hardworking, and thrives in a start-up-style kitchen
• Brings great energy, team spirit, and a genuine love for good food
• Can handle the pace of a busy service and keep things fun and positive
