The Role :
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. This entry-level position will report directly to the Art Director and collaborate with other members of the marketing, email, and web teams to bring creative ideas to life. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented designer eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work on a variety of projects, from designing email campaigns and assets for web to assisting with packaging design and creating print materials.
Key Responsibilities :
- Email Campaign Design : Create engaging and visually compelling assets for email marketing campaigns
- Ad Graphics : Collaborate with our ads team to design graphics for paid ads
- Social Content : Work with our social media team to create content for a variety of social platforms
- Design and Optimize Assets for Web : Design graphics and prepare photos for web using best practices for image compression and sizing
- Print Design : Design eye-catching materials for print (flyers, brochures, etc.)
- Presentation and Document Design : Assist in the design of compelling presentations, decks, and documents for both internal and external audiences
- Photo Editing and Retouching : Edit and retouch product and lifestyle photos using Lightroom and Photoshop
- Packaging Design : Support the design of product packaging
