We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assemble components using nuts, bolts, basic hand tools, and power tools in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have forklift experience, with assembly line experience considered a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble parts and components according to specifications and work instructions.
- Use basic hand tools (e.g., wrenches, screwdrivers) and power tools (e.g., drills, impact drivers) to secure nuts, bolts, and other fasteners.
- Inspect assembled products for accuracy, quality, and proper functionality.
- Operate a forklift to move materials, parts, and finished goods as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience with basic hand tools and power tools is required.
- Forklift experience is mandatory (certification preferred).
- Prior experience in assembly line or manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
