What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Account Leader position at Caldic North America?
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Leader to join our team at Caldic North America. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Sales process for our key accounts, including promoting our products and services to existing and prospective customers.
In this role, you will develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing value-added solutions. You will also conduct sales calls to secure new business opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and make recommendations to management regarding product development and pricing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assuming responsibility for the effective performance of Sales and Marketing functions;
- Developing a strategy and Sales approach to align with Caldic's Strategy, Products, and Capabilities with potential Customers within the Industry;
- Setting and executing stretch budget targets that are aligned with the Organization's objectives;
- Creating and delivering sales presentations to prospective Customers – aligning Caldic's offerings to their needs;
- Prospecting for new accounts utilizing media, trade shows, and cold calls to grow the existing business;
- Prioritizing product placement to ensure strategic high-volume and profitable positioning;
- Meeting and exceeding established quotas and sales goals;
- Ensuring that sales accounts are serviced in accordance with Company standards and policies;
- Forecasting long-range account sales (sales, volume, margin) and product needs, and communicating related information regularly to management;
- Working with procurement to calculate product costs and set pricing for products;
- Providing technical support to customers using the various tools and resources provided;
