Description:
Apartment community in Dayville, CT seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will assist with the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. All maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call schedule. Must have a valid driver's license. $20 - $23 per hour, depending upon experience.
BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:
- repairs to appliances and fixtures
- patch holes in walls
- paint building interiors
- clean vacant units and interior spaces
- miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- change locks
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
