What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shop Mechanic position at CalFrac Well Services?
ROLE STATEMENT:
The Shop Mechanic will be a member of the Maintenance Department responsible for the repair and maintenance of the Fracturing equipment (including trucks, frac pumps, blenders, and hydration units) using hand and/or power tools and following oral and written work orders.

SCHEDULE:
- Fourteen (14) days on, seven (7) days off, 6:00am-6:00pm
- Open to local and non-local candidates
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Diagnose and repair all equipment
- Regularly perform Preventive Maintenance
- Troubleshoot malfunctions on all equipment
- Follow all Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies & Procedures
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL preferred
- Satisfactory Driving Record for last 3 years
- Diesel mechanic education/certification preferred
- 2 years diesel/hydraulic maintenance
- Previous industry related experience preferred
