Job Summary : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and providing administrative support to enhance productivity. This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.
Duties :
- Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times.
- Provide clerical support including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Oversee medical office management tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- Communicate effectively with staff, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle vendor management including contracts, negotiations, and relationship building.
- Develop and implement training programs for new employees to ensure they are well-equipped for their roles.
- Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and other activities to foster team collaboration.
- Utilize QuickBooks / Excel for financial record keeping and basic accounting tasks as needed.
