Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Vice President of Aircraft Sales. The role is based in Wilmington, DE, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Vice President of Aircraft Sales will oversee the sales operations, manage client accounts, and lead the business development initiatives. Daily tasks include strategizing and executing sales plans, maintaining client relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Sales Operations
- Proven ability in Account Management and Business Development
- Existing client rolodex & aircraft owner / operator relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of the Business Aviation industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
