Key Responsibilities:
- Mentorship and Development:
- Provide hands-on guidance and mentorship to new insurance producers, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to excel in their roles.
- Lead onboarding and training sessions that embody our company’s values and commitment to excellence.
- Serve as a guide for producers on their journey from starting out in the industry to building a $1 million revenue book of business.
- Coaching and Performance Enhancement:
- Collaborate with experienced producers to identify growth opportunities and enhance their skills through personalized coaching.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and create action plans that drive individual and team success.
- Leadership and Team Building:
