Reasonable accommodations may be made to ensure individuals with disabilities are able to perform the essential functions.Dispatch work order requests to vendors this includes communicating via emailAssign work order requests to field supervisors based on their respective areas after dispatchingVerify whether repairs are the responsibility of Caliber or the landlord before dispatchingCreate and manage purchase orders and change orders in Workday related to repairs and maintenanceMaintain supplier lists and information updatedMonitor and dispatch repairs for all minor equipment service requestsIdentify and escalate work orders requiring additional supportAssist with projects related to Repairs & Maintenance purchase ordersAdapt and evolve with company procedures as necessaryUtilize problem solving skills to identify and respond appropriately to issuesWork effectively as a team player, collaborating with others to achieve goalsPerform other related duties as assignedSkill / RequirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsPreferred 1-2 years of customer service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and WordHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong time management skills
