Job Summary
The Field Trainer will be responsible for delivering Mobile and ADAS training to teammates and assessing opportunities to obtain and maintain quality standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver training to teammates through live and virtual curriculum
- Recommend and coordinate necessary training for areas of need based on quality reviews
- Mentor Mobile and ADAS technicians to ensure the Protech Standards of quality and compliance are attained and sustained
- Assist in development and enforcement of quality control processes developed by team
- Assess teammate training needs and develop materials that will help teammates understand subject matter
- Follow up with teammates regarding training in-person or through conference calls
- Build and maintain partnerships and act as liaison with field leadership
- Provide leadership where required
- Alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of company objectives.
- Measure ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for success.
- Assist evaluation of training sessions created by the training team
- Identify opportunities to improve overall processes
- Oversee and execute special projects as needed
- All other duties as assigned
