Intake Management
- Develop multi-year strategy for Intake Management and share across organization
- Create and implement performance metrics aligned to cross functional intake program goals
- Responsible for Intake management program workstreams to ensure projects remain on target with committed value delivered
- Collaborate across business units to continue to innovate and deliver EBITDA growth
- Stay informed of industry benchmarks and leverage vertical best practices and technology to develop north star capabilities within Caliber lines of business.
- Lead and oversee Intake innovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and success criteria.
- Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Communicate project updates, milestones, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
- Grow business opportunities through improved order ownership
- Develop new processes and/or technology to drive allocation outcomes
- Partner across business lines to improve execution outcomes for customers, internal teammates, and carriers
- Stay abreast of vertical trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to deliver improvements
- Utilize research and experience to identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency gains, and innovation.
- Benchmark organizational performance against industry standards and competitors, recommending strategies for continuous improvement.
- Maintain relationships within industry to ensure best practices are implemented through continuous improvement
- Act as subject matter expert and critical point of contact while demonstrating ownership of essential vertical relationships
- Partner on contract negotiations, vendor onboarding, and ongoing vendor management activities to achieve strategic procurement objectives.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual obligations.
- Review and assess vendor contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and other legal documents to mitigate risks and protect organizational interests.
- Work closely with procurement to evaluate vendor proposals, conduct vendor assessments, and participate in vendor selection processes.
- Utilize customer feedback, analytics, and insights to drive improvements in vendor performance and service delivery.
- Partner with IT to stay aligned on industry technology trends and collaboration opportunities
- Travel will be required in this role (30-50%)
- The role will be onsite in Caliber’s home office location
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or engineering preferred. May accept a combination of education, training, and experience sufficient to acquire the required knowledge, skills, and competencies.
- Proven experience (8 years) in vendor management, supply chain and/or large-scale operational project delivery
- 10 years project management experience, preferably in operational environments with high focus on implementation excellence and ongoing monitoring for success and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience working across verticals to deliver on industry benchmarks & develop north star capabilities
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Relationship management experience with clients and proven ability to deliver customer outcomes
