What You’ll Do
- Drive New Business: Use your expertise and a structured, consultative sales approach to bring in new retail clients and expand our Protech family.
- Be a Trusted Partner: Support new clients through seamless account setup and training, ensuring they maximize sales, productivity, and satisfaction with our solutions.
- Build Relationships: Develop long-term, productive relationships with clients through calls, visits, and personalized support, becoming their trusted advisor on all things Protech.
- Consult & Advise: Keep clients informed about new products, industry updates, and tailor solutions to meet their unique needs.
- Achieve Targets Together: Collaborate with customers to hit monthly volume goals while maintaining top-notch service and performance levels.
- Work Cross-Functionally: Team up with our operations and accounts teams to guarantee customer satisfaction, fulfill commitments, and ensure smooth transitions for account management.
- Enhance the Customer Experience: Use valuable feedback to recommend improvements to our products and services, constantly driving innovation.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar field
- A high school diploma (or equivalent); an Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you're a natural at building rapport
- Organized, detail-oriented, and a pro at follow-ups
- A proven track record of exceeding customer satisfaction goals
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a knack for finding creative solutions to meet company objectives
- A valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel up to 50%
