Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Intelligence Manager responsible for analyzing business processes, uncovering trends, and identifying key areas for improvement. This role will collaborate with internal and external teams, integrate disparate data sources, and create robust reporting mechanisms to support strategic initiatives and boost overall business efficiency and growth. This role demands a deep understanding of financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
o Perform in-depth analysis of business processes to uncover trends and inefficiencies.
o Develop, manage, and present comprehensive reports and dashboards that translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Process Optimization:
o Identify opportunities to streamline operations and implement solutions that enhance productivity and drive business growth.
o Ensure data consistency and accuracy across multiple systems, maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
- Collaboration & Project Management:
o Work cross-functionally with teams (finance, IT, operations, etc.) to join disparate data sources and develop new functionalities.
o Lead and manage cross-departmental projects, ensuring that all activities are completed on schedule and with precision.
- Strategic Decision Support:
o Provide expert guidance and analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
o Translate complex datasets into clear, concise summaries for senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or financial services analysis – preferably in a lending or financial services environment.
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience with data warehousing, SQL, and other relevant data management technologies.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
