Service Center CSCS TX Job Summary: Responsible for coaching center teammates in repairs and estimations resulting in attaining and maintaining Caliber Certification with 3rd party Verifacts. Essential Job Duties: Mentor repair technicians, estimators and management to ensure the Caliber standard of quality, which corresponds with the OEM specifications. Use 3rd party Verifacts software to file report regarding accurate completion of repair to OE standards Follow up with center teammates regarding repairs in-person or through conference calls Review reports with Center and Operations Leadership for accountability and successful management of Parts, Center Systems/Processes, Equipment and Training verification Recommend and coordinate necessary training for areas of need based on quality reviews Train ICAR courses to support local/regional needs Partner with, build alliances, and perform liaison activities with executive team and field leadership Complete facility inspections as assigned and submitting reports using Verifacts software Take and submitting photos of shop and tools, equipment, materials Recommend repair or preplacement of tools, equipment, and materials as necessary Recommend training on tools and equipment Review reports with Center and Operations Leadership for accountability and successful management of Parts, Center Systems/Processes, Equipment and Training verification Maintain a reporting structure that readily monitors performance indicators and Certification eligibility Create actionable plans to improve processes and procedures to accomplish objectives, which include metrics of success and deliverables. Alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of center objectives. Optimization of center performance across the company to achieve the best functional, center production and technical value. Measure ongoing performance assessment, research and development of new capabilities, and systematically applying knowledge for success. Skills/Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under company insurance policy Maintain or acquire ICAR Trainer certification 5 plus years’ experience either as a collision repair tech and/or insurance estimator or adjuster ASE, I-CAR and/or other industry certifications preferred (Pro-Level 3) Working knowledge of CCC One, Estimating Systems and Excel Significant daily travel in order to visit any center throughout the company Maintain a minimum standard of continuing education annually to stay abreast of industry and coaching best practices.
