Key Responsibilities
- Analyze data to uncover patterns and inform decisions.
- Design and document process models for current and future states.
- Communicate findings and updates with stakeholders and executives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement solutions.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions function as intended.
- Conduct research to understand business operations.
- Provide financial insights through forecasting and budgeting.
- Create and maintain documentation, including design specs, requirements, and user manuals.
- 2 years of Analyst experience (business, technical, etc.).
- Strong Epicor experience (SAP or Oracle knowledge is a plus).
- Functional/technical blend with 10-30% travel flexibility.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Understanding of business strategies, data analysis, and regulatory requirements.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
