Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, Business Operations Lead at Caliber Sourcing, your primary responsibilities will include:
Performance management and scheduling of all processes associated with MSS operations
Ensuring timely, compliant and efficient completion of production tasks for Cell Therapy products to support product Value Stream outputs according to Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP's)
Performing regular safety Gemba walks and identifying hazards associated with team's work
Demonstrating safe behavior when operating and maintaining equipment to prevent injuries or incidents
Executing/performing batch record reviews (BRR) or Electronic Batch Record review by exception and ensuring that all documentation produced by the team follows the ALCOA principles
Building a high-performing team and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence throughout the organization
Providing leadership and guidance to direct reports and developing their skills and abilities to meet the needs of the organization
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency
Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
