What are the responsibilities and job description for the Minneapolis - Ocean Import Agent position at Caliber?
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- A-Z processes for ocean import - FCL, LCL, Consolidations
- Ability to handle high file counts will low error rate
- Ability to correspond with overseas agents, clients, and local trucking vendors
- Quoting knowledge for local freight pickups.
- Knowledge of INCOterms and how it pertains to billing out freight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cargowise system knowledge is preferred but not required.
- This position is a direct hire, permanent position with benefits.
