What are the responsibilities and job description for the Philadelphia - Ocean Export Supervisor position at Caliber?
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) :
- 5 years export experience / 3 years supervisor experience
- Ability to problem solve when shipments are escalated.
- Previous experience leading a team of 5
- A-Z processes for both LCL and FCL exports (including AES filing)
- Ability to handle high file counts will low error rate
- Ability to correspond with overseas agents, clients, and local trucking vendors
- Quoting knowledge for local freight pickups.
- Knowledge of INCOterms and how it pertains to billing out freight
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Cargowise system knowledge is preferred but not required.
This position is a direct hire, permanent position with benefits.
