Our platform helps Corporate Communications, HR and Marketing professionals manage their activities and build their companies’ brand and reputation by providing real-time stakeholder perception data in an online dashboard. We are an international team of strategists, analysts and technologists headquartered in Copenhagen with offices in Milan, Sao Paulo and New York.



Position

We’re looking for a driven and strategic Sales Development Representative to help accelerate our growth across North America. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and supporting the expansion of our client base. You’ll work closely with our senior leadership and client services teams to understand market needs, present tailored solutions, and help position our offering as a trusted, go-to partner.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong understanding of client challenges, a passion for consultative selling, and a talent for opening doors and creating opportunities. Overall, you will be responsible for:

Drive Outbound Sales Strategy: Lead creative and high-volume prospecting efforts across assigned territories and named accounts to generate high-quality pipeline opportunities through cold calling, targeted emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.

Conduct Strategic Research: Investigate target industries, business operations, leadership structures, and common pain points to tailor outreach and craft relevant, impactful messaging.

Leverage Sales Tools: Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot CRM to identify, engage, and track potential clients in a structured, data-driven way. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and client interactions.

Engage and Qualify Leads: Initiate and nurture conversations with potential clients, build strong early-stage relationships, and qualify interest to set up discovery calls and meetings for senior sales counterparts.

Support Pipeline Growth: Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the broader sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities, accelerating the sales cycle and contributing to revenue goals.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Share market insights, prospect feedback, and campaign performance data with sales and marketing teams to enhance targeting, messaging, and campaign strategies.

Consistently Exceed KPIs: Meet and surpass key performance metrics, including outreach volume, meetings booked, qualified leads generated, and CRM accuracy, making a measurable impact on business growth.



Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a sales, lead generation, or client-facing role (preferably B2B).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Motivated by results and comfortable with metrics and KPIs.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach).
  • Energetic, curious, and eager to learn with a growth mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience or familiarity with communication/public relations.
