What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing and Communications Manager position at CALIBRATE?
We are partnering with an Am Law 200 firm with over 250 attorneys nationwide to recruit a Marketing and Communications Manager. This newly created role will collaborate cross-departmentally to develop and execute marketing initiatives that enhance the firm’s brand, engage key audiences, and support growth objectives. The manager will also implement processes to streamline marketing and communications activities that drive business development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic Marketing and Branding: Develop and execute strategies to elevate brand visibility, ensure consistency, and drive innovation.
- Content Strategy and Thought Leadership: Lead multi-platform content initiatives that position the firm and its attorneys as industry thought leaders.
- Event and Sponsorship Management: Plan and oversee client events, webinars, and sponsorships to strengthen relationships, maximize visibility, and measure ROI.
- Project Management and Metrics: Monitor activities, track campaign effectiveness, and refine processes to align with firm objectives.
- Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate across departments to align efforts and mentor junior team members to foster growth and accountability.
To be considered, a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably within a professional services or law firm environment, is required. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful self-starter with exceptional writing and editing skills and the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in New York, NY or Washington, D.C., if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees, and certifications (e.g., JD/technology), for example.
Salary Range: Low: $130,000 High: $150,000.
