Outside Sales Representative

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team for the Orla, Mentone and Pecos area. 3-5 Years selling in the Oil & Gas and Construction industry is REQUIRED!!! In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, account management, and technical sales. ```Responsibilities``` - Identify and prospect potential customers in the designated market - Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solutions - Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies to meet sales targets - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Prepare and deliver sales proposals and negotiate contracts ```Skills``` - Proven experience in outside sales or related field - Strong business development and account management skills - Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM software - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs - Self-motivated with a strong drive for results - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in technology sales is a plus If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
