Store Manager - Interior Design

Additional job requirements include:

· Home furnishings, interior design or specialty retail experience preferred

· Demonstrated sales and financial acumen

· Experience in implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability

· A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and ability to provide your own transportation for in home customer visits

Physical requirements:

· Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, and climb service ladders throughout their scheduled shift

· Must be able to lift and control merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs.

Compensation:

The Design Shop Manager role offers a competitive compensation package including pay and benefits. Pay is based on factors including but not limited to experience, store volume and location. The pay range for this position is $65,000-$85,000.
