About the Opportunity : The Manager, People Systems & Analytics will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing all aspects of People & Culture Systems, data, and reporting. This role will develop and enhance capabilities to utilize people data, leveraging insights to drive actions that enhance key business metrics that resonate with the Academy's mission and people strategy for equity and inclusion. Additionally, the role is responsible for developing and maintaining the HR metrics and People Analytics dashboards specifically targeted at providing people insights into the organization. This role will also supervise the PACT Operations Associate on reporting, compliance, and the day-to-day processing of colleague changes and forms across the employee lifecycle.

This position is based in San Francisco, California. This exempt, full-time position reports to the Chief People & Culture Officer. Staff are currently expected to work from the Academy offices at least 2-3 times per week, which may fluctuate based on business needs. Please do not apply if you are not able to work onsite. Candidates are required to have up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment, absent qualifying exemptions in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation and Benefits :
The salary range for this position is $114,000 - $124,000. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, skills / knowledge set, and internal equity. We believe in fair and equitable compensation practices and are committed to providing competitive salaries within the industry and market standards. The Academy offers a total compensation package that emphasizes both base salary and comprehensive benefits based on the hours per week worked.
