Responsibilities include :
- Familiarity with HOA requirements under the Davis-Stirling Act.
- Daily assistance in maintenance and staffing issues.
- Promptly responding to owner issues and requests.
- Attending all Board meetings and providing proper documentation to regulatory authorities.
Preferred, but not required : previous highrise experience in the city and county of San Francisco, with pay commensurate with experience.
