✨ What You’ll Do:
🔹 Oversee post-litigation cases and conduct comprehensive case reviews.
🔹 Draft legal documents like pleadings, discovery, and motions.
🔹 Take and defend depositions, including those of expert witnesses.
🔹 Negotiate settlements and manage trial preparations to secure favorable outcomes.
✨ What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: 7 years in personal injury law with a focus on post-litigation.
✔ California License: Active and in good standing.
✔ Skills: Strong in legal research, negotiations, and communication.
✔ Track Record: Proven success managing cases through trial with favorable results.
✔ Bilingual (Preferred): English & Spanish.
