What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jabs School of Business - Associate Dean - Tenure-Track position position at California Baptist University?
The Dr. Robert K. Jabs School of Business invites applications for an Associate Dean and Business Administration Tenure Track Faculty member. In addition to faculty responsibilities, successful candidates will translate prior managerial experience into participating in strategic planning with the Dean to grow enrollment in the assigned division through new and current program development. This requires coordinating with other CBU colleges and schools to pursue new opportunities, both domestically and internationally. Administrative duties include overseeing course schedules, advising students, championing accreditation maintenance, and recruiting and developing a pool of qualified adjuncts while engaging with the local business community. In addition, a track record of teaching excellence combined with strong potential as scholar is required.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will hold a Ph.D. in business, management, or a related discipline. Candidates must demonstrate successful teaching experience and have potential as a scholar. She or he will join a growth-oriented faculty and will be expected to maintain active scholarly work as well as help develop and offer academic and co-curricular activities for our growing business administration programs
Teaching Responsibilities
The appointment may include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in business, management, and other related courses.
