About the Role
We’re searching for a dedicated and experienced Manufacturing Facility Foreman to lead daily operations in our custom closet manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production processes, fostering a collaborative team environment, and maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the production team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Manage daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are consistently met.
- Conduct hourly facility walks to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to schedules.
- Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of machines and tools, minimizing downtime.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols to create a secure workplace for all employees.
- Take charge of monthly inventory, ensuring materials and supplies are accurately managed.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows and introduce process improvements.
- Provide hands-on training for staff on equipment operation, safety protocols, and company standards.
- Troubleshoot production challenges promptly to avoid disruptions.

Qualifications
What You Bring
- Experience: 3 years in a cabinet, closet, or similar manufacturing environment.
- Leadership: A proven track record of managing and inspiring teams to meet production targets.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and equipment maintenance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software is a must.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional troubleshooting skills with the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to effectively engage with team members and leadership.
