  • High-volume customer service and sales experience is a plus
  • Eagerness to undergo comprehensive training

Role and Responsibilities :

As a Sales Management Trainee, you will :

  • Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
  • Foster positive, long-term customer relationships using consultative skills
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all clients
  • Act as a manager in the absence of senior leadership
  • Conduct group training sessions
  • Handle other duties as assigned
