Access Management Engineer II

Responsibilities include :

  • Supporting project efforts by building modern IAM capabilities using standardized frameworks.
  • Building and implementing scalable access management controls following best practices.
  • Implementing workflows and rules for data accuracy in managed systems.
  • Providing enduser support for operations tasks enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Collaborating with :

Application teams to establish Least Privileged Access and promote adoption.

  • IAM cybersecurity and HR teams to support GRC controls security and data integrity.

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience :

    • 4 years in project and operations including enterprise cloud infrastructure and cloud authentication solutions.

  • 3 years with Azure / Entra AD Global (B2E B2B) MFA solutions and Conditional Access.
  • 2 years with Azure IaaS AWS IaaS or similar solutions.
  • Familiarity with Okta and other WebSSO and Federation solutions.
  • Preferred : Onpremises authentication (Active Directory / LDAP) regulatory compliance Azure AD China and similar IDaaS solutions.
  • Technical Expertise :

    • SAML 2.0 OAuth 2.0 OIDC JWT SCIM LDAP / S Kerberos protocols.

  • Network security support and analysis tactics.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CA and / or PKI solutions.
  • DEVOPS processes and best practices.
  • Soft Skills :

    • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
