Requirements / Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in applied behavioral sciences, psychology, social work, education, or mental health fields. An advanced degree is not required; however, preference may be given to holder of advanced degrees. • Appropriate California teaching services credential or state license. • Minimum of three years experience (five years preferred) working in an educational, mental health, or human services setting. Experience developing and implementing intensive behavioral intervention programs with students with complex or severe behavioral problems. • Must have the ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others. BCBA Cert required
