OPENING DETAILS: Monday - Friday, 6.5 hours per day Work Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (includes half hour unpaid lunch) Salary Range: 39 BASIC FUNCTION: Under the supervision of an assigned supervisor and direction of a certificated teacher or specialist, uses manual communication (sign language) in providing instruction to individuals or small groups of general education students and/or students with special needs in a variety of learning environments; monitor and report student progress regarding behavior and performance; may assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEP); perform a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
